Jakarta (Antara) - State oil and gas company PT Pertamina is waiting for government approval to raise the price of non-subsidized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in 12 kg cylinders. "We are waiting for government approval," Pertamina Marketing and Commercial Director Hanung Budya said here, Saturday. Pertamina had received a letter from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs asking the company to postpone the plan to raise the price of 12 kg LPG cylinders, he said. Pertamina had originally planned to increase the price on August 15, 2014. The letter of the coordinating minister for economic affairs, dated August 6, 2014 stated that the planned increase in LPG price would be discussed first.
