Jakarta (Antara) - A woman has reported Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Abraham Samad to the National Police Criminal Investigation Board (Bareskrim) for allegedly falsifying documents. The woman identified as Feriyani Lim came to the Bareskrim on Sunday night (February 1), Head of the Public Information Section of the Public Relations Division at the National Police Headquarters Snr. Comsr. Rikwanto said here on Monday. Feriyani reported Abraham to the police for allegedly falsifying resident identity card when he was to move to the South Sulawesi provincial capital of Makassar from an area in the province in 2007. Abraham was accused of falsifying documents to an agency in conformity with article 93 of law number 32/2006 which was amended by to become law number 24 of 2013 regarding demographic administration or article 263 paragraph (2) or Article 264 of the Penal Code. Rikwanto said Feriyani herself was also a suspect in an alleged case of falsifying documents signed by the chief of the South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi provincial police chiefs in 2007. Bareskrim Chief Insp. Gen. Budi Waseso stated earlier that the South and West Sulawesi Provincial Police have questioned Feriyani accused of having close ties with Abraham Samad.
