Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto is bringing missions of bilateral cooperation in various fields, from trade to maritime, in his visits to several partner countries.
This was conveyed by State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi after sending off the president departing for his overseas visits at the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Jakarta, on Friday.
"We expect cooperation that benefits Indonesia, for instance, cooperation in trade, energy, and green energy," he remarked.
Hadi further highlighted that in Prabowo's first overseas visit as president, he is also bringing missions of cooperation in the maritime sector between Southeast Asian countries and trade with friendly countries in Europe.

He noted that the main target of the visits is to honor invitations from partner countries.
The president is scheduled to carry out three courtesy visits, namely to China, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In addition, President Prabowo will attend the APEC Summit in Peru and G20 Summit in Brazil.
Especially for his visit to the United States, President Prabowo also opened up the possibility of meeting Donald Trump who recently won the US Presidential Election.
"His visits are, of course, carried out to honor the invitation from friendly countries that Mr. Prabowo thinks is very important for him to attend as the newly inaugurated president of Indonesia to maintain relations with several countries," he remarked.
President Prabowo was inaugurated as president at the Parliamentary Complex, Jakarta, on October 20.
