FM Expressess Sympathy to Families of Passenger Aboard Missing Aircraft

Jakarta (Antara) - Indonesia's Foreign Affairs Ministry has continued to monitor the search for a missing Malaysian aircraft and has expressed its sympathy to the passengers' families, according to a statement issued by the ministry.
"The Foreign Affairs Ministry expresses its deep sympathy to families of the passengers, especially the seven Indonesians, and hopes the aircraft and passengers will be immediately found unharmed, the foreign ministry's press release stated here on Saturday.
Further, the Foreign Ministry will continue to communicate with families of the seven Indonesians regarding the handling of the missing plane.
The seven Indonesians on the passengers list have been identified as Firman Siregar, 25; Lo Sugianto, 47; Indra Suria Tanurisam, 57; Chynthya Tio Vinny, 47; Willy Surijanto Wang, 53; and two persons registered with the name Indra Suadaya Ferry, ages 42 and 35 years.
Meanwhile, Malaysia Airlines, through its official website, has released the list of passengers aboard the missing Boeing 777 aircraft, flight MH370, after having first notified their relatives.
The passengers aboard the ill-fated Malaysia plane consisted of 15 nationalities, including citizens from China (152 plus 1 infant), Malaysia (38), Indonesia (7), India (5), Australia (7), France (3), United States (3 plus 1 infant), New Zealand (2), Ukraine (2), Canada (2), Russia (1), Italy (1), Taiwan (1), Netherlands (1) and Austria (1).

Meanwhile, Indonesian Foreign Affairs Minister Marty Natalegawa said here on Saturday, "We are concerned and praying for the safety of all passengers on board the plane."
The minister also confirmed that there were seven Indonesians aboard the Malaysian Airlines aircraft, which was carrying 239 passengers.
"The ministry has received information about the names of the seven Indonesians. Right now, the airline is contacting the families of the passengers," Marty said.
The minister added he had instructed the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and Beijing to monitor the ongoing search for the missing plane.
Earlier, the Malaysian government denied a report that wreckage of the missing Malaysian plane was found in Vietnam.
The aircraft was scheduled to land at Beijing International Airport at 6.30am Beijing time. However, the aircraft lost contact with Subang air traffic control at about 02.40 am. *
