Bandarlampung, Lampung (Antara) - A total of 85 poets across Indonesia, including Lampung, agreed to fight corruption practices by issuing books of Anti-corruption Poetry Anthology, which have been launched in last April, a spokesman said. Lampung provincial poet, Isbedy Stiawan ZS, said here on Wednesday that the Anti-corruption Poetry Anthology, which was initiated by Sosiawan Leak, a poet from Central Java provincial city of Solo, will be socialized through Roadshow to a number of cities in the country. According to him, the Anti-corruption Poetry Anthology, was launched at the grave yard of the country's first President Soekarno in Blitar, East Java. "The roadshow will be conducted in Tegal, Central Java province on June 1 and 2," Isbedy disclosed, adding that the anti-corruption Poetry Anthology constitutes the pure awareness of the poets who care about the importance of fighting corruption. Thus, the poets are ready to finance themselves in effort to carry out the Roadshows in different regions of the country, he said. (*)
