Jakarta, (Antara) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has nabbed another lawmaker in a caught-red-handed operation.
KPK chairman Agus Rahardjo confirmed but refused to give details and identity of the lawmaker.
"Right, but wait, there would be news conference," Agus said here on Wednesday.
A source who refused to be identified, said the lawmaker is a member of the Commission III of the House of Representatives.
He was arrested with three other persons in three separate locations on Tuesday, the source said.
KPK has 1x24 hours to determine the status of persons nabbed in caught red handed operation whether they are suspects or not.
The anti graft agency has arrested a number of lawmakers for accepting bribe and many of them are serving jail terms.(*)
