Jakarta (Antara) - Cooperation with the Netherlands in the North Sumatra's Kuala Tanjung port development project will continue, stated Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Environment Indroyono Susilo. "Although there is a problem related to the decision of the Dutch government to recall its ambassador from Indonesia following the recent execution of its citizen over drug crime, the cooperation between the two countries will continue," the minister affirmed here on Wednesday. Speaking during a seminar on the development of Kuala Tanjung port, Susilo emphasized that the Port of Rotterdam International will continue to cooperate with Indonesia in the Kuala Tanjung port project. The Dutch government recalled its ambassador from Indonesia after the execution of six drug convicts including a Dutch citizen Ang Kiem Soei, but the minister reiterated that it would not affect the cooperation between the two countries. Susilo ensured that cooperation with the Port of Rotterdam International in the Netherlands for the development of the Kuala Tanjung port will continue.(*)
