Kuala Lumpur (Antara) -- Five people, including three Indonesians, were killed in a flash flood and landslide that hit Cameron Highlands in the Malaysian state of Pahang. The bodies of the Indonesian citizens were found on Friday afternoon, the Indonesian embassy in Kuala Lumpur said on Friday night. The embassy further stated that it will soon send its staff to the scene to help handle the bodies and to assess relief aid to other Indonesians who have fallen victim to the disaster. At least 1,000 Indonesians live in Cameron Highlands, with most of them employed in flower and fruit plantations. (*) Reported by N. Aulia Badar
