Surabaya, E Java (Antara) -- Three more bodies of victims of AirAsia flight QZ8501 were brought to Bhayangkara Regional Police Hospital in Surabaya, East Java, by Casa NC212 from Gusti Syamsir Alam Stagen Airport on Saturday afternoon. "We received the bodies recently, and have kept them in refrigerated containers at the hospital," a spokesman for the East Java Police, Senior Commissioner Awi Setiyono, said here on Saturday. Of the three bodies, which were recovered by fishermen on January 14, two are of women and one is of a man. Casa NC212 also carried fragments of the ill-fated aircraft's cabin and baggage, which were taken to Bhayangkara hospital as well. AirAsia flight QZ8501 disappeared on December 28 en route from Surabaya in East Java to Singapore, with 162 people on board. They comprised 155 Indonesians, three South Koreans, a Briton, a Singaporean, a French, and a Malaysian. The plane crashed in the Java Sea near Karimata Strait, some 95 nautical miles from Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan. (*)
