Bandarlampung, Lampung (Antara) - An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale shook Maluku province on Sunday, according to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). The epicenter of the quake which struck at 16.16 western Indonesian time was in Banda Sea 175 km southeast of the provincial capital of Ambon or 2,382 km northeast of Jakarta at a depth of 319 km, head of the Kotabumi geophysics station in Lampung province Yuharman said quoting a BMKG report.
