Denpasar, Bali (Antara) - A local Search and Rescue team is searching for seven Japanese tourists reported missing while diving in the Nusa Lembongan waters, Klungkung district, Bali province. "The tourists were reported missing on Friday (Feb 14) at 07:00 pm local time," Head of the Potential Section of Denpasar's SAR Gede Armada said here Saturday. Seven tourists and one tour guide, who is also a Japanese national have been missing. All of the tourists are female. They were diving in the Nusa Lembongan waters on Friday at around 01:30 pm local time. However, at 02:00 pm, they had not come to surface. The tourism agent operator, who brought the tourists to the diving spot, had combed the location but failed to find them. Unable to find the tourists, the operator reported the incident to the local SAR team at 07:00 pm. The SAR team started search operations on Saturday morning. (*) Reporting by Dewa Wiguna
