Jakarta (Antara) - A total of 35 people have so far been recorded dead following a magnitude 6.2 quake in Aceh recently, the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) said. Nine of the dead victims were villagers of Benermeriah district while 26 others of Aceh Tengah, BNPB spokesman Sutopo Purwo Nugroho said here on Friday. He said eight people were still missing and 275 others wounded while 4,292 houses and 83 public facilities had been damaged.(*) reporting by desi purnamawati
