Number US Tourists to Indonesia Increases Every Year

Denpasar (Antara) - The number of tourist arrivals from the United States increaseS every year, especially to the tourist destinations of Bali and Yogyakarta. Data at Statistic Central Board (BPS) of Bali indicated that the number of US tourists visiting Indonesia in 2012 was recorded at 94.893 or up by 5,94 percent from 89.573 in 2011. "The increase in the number of US tourists is due to the information from the American television broadcast of the culinary in Indonesia," said Head of Public Relations of the US Consulate General in Surabaya Anderw Veveiros in Denpasar, on Thursday.
