Jakarta - A world philately exhibition, "Indonesia 2012", will be held at the Jakarta Convention Centre (Senayan) here from June 18-24, 2012. "The expo will display various stamps, including rare and unique Indonesian stamps," the Chairman of the Indonesian Philatelists Association, R. Soeyono, told the press here on Wednesday. A stamp worth Rp20 billion, printed during the Dutch colonial era in 1864 and having East Java Province's Ngawi postage, will also be displayed at the exhibition. More than 70 countries will participate in the international stamp exhibition, in which 2,522 frames will be displayed, grouped under 11 categories, including honorary collections. (*)
