Jakarta (Antara) - General Treasurer of the Golkar Bambang Soesatyo has said the party's leadership formed at the Bali Congress will sue the justice and human rights ministry for ambivalently dealing with the party's dual leadership issue. "We will surely sue the justice and human rights ministry for being ambivalent and that can endanger the Jokowi-JK administration," Soesatyo said in short message text here Tuesday. The Golkar, under the leadership of Aburizal Bakrie, will file a lawsuit at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN). Responding to the Golkar Party's two rival camps' application seeking legitimacy from the government, the ministry asked the rival camps to first try and solve the problem internally. The response is contrary to what Justice and Human Rights Minister Yasonna Laoly did while dealing with the United Development Party (PPP), which was also split into two rival camps. Within hours, Minister Laoly went ahead and issued a decree recognizing Rohmahurmuziy's PPP, which supports the government, while the other camp took the dispute to the PTUN. The PPP had split into two camps following two separate leadership congresses in October 2014. Two chairmen were elected: Djan Faridz at the Jakarta Congress and Romahurmuziy at the Surabaya Congress. (*)
