Prabowo-Hatta Dua to Prepare 500,000 Witnesses

Jakarta (Antara) - The national campaign team of the Prabowo Subianto - Hatta Rajasa presidential ticket will station more than a half million witnesses at polling stations across the nation on July 9. The witnesses would be a spearhead of the pair of the Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Radjasa presidential and vice presidential candidates to win the election, the deputy chairman of the Prabowo-Hatta duo's national campaign team for data and witnesses, Taufik Ridho, said in a statement released on Sunday. Taufik, who is also secretary general of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) said the national campaign team would organize a training course for the witnesses in Jakarta on June 23 and 24. The two-day training was aimed at preparing strong witnesses in the field, he said. "More than a thousand witness coordinators from provinces and municipalities/districts all over Indonesia will attend the event to be held at the auditorium of Bidakara Building in South Jakarta (on June 23-24)," he said.
