Indonesian Soccer Team to Complicate Chelsea

Jakarta (Antara) - The national soccer team dubbed "BNI Indonesia All-Star" is determined to complicate the English Premier League club Chelsea, in a friendly match that will take place in Bung Karno main stadium on July 25.
"We will be happy if we can complicate them (Chelsea)," BNI Indonesia All Star soccer coach, Rahmat Darmawan said here on Tuesday.
According to him, Chelsea and Jose Mourinho are his (Rahmat Darmawan) favorite club and coach.
By facing the team and its coach who have big names, Rahmat believed that its team will get a lot of experience.
"Every time facing big team, of course, it will bring good experience to the players and to me," Rahmat said.
In an effort to face Jose Mourinho's squad, Rahmat has prepared 21 players, eleven of them under the age of 23 (U-23), who are also prepared for SEA Games 2013.
Meanwhile, Sefdin Syaifudin, the national team board`s secretary, in its statement on Sunday said that players hailing from the U-23 team are Kurnia Meiga, Hasyim Kipuw, Egi Melgiansyah, Rizki Ahmad Sanjaya, Bayu Gatra, Rasyid Assahid Bakri (PSM), Andik Vermansyah, Hendra Adi Bayauw, Syamsir Alam, Agung Supriyanto, and Seftia Hadi.
The senior ones are Muhamad Roby, Victor Chukwuekezie Igbonefo, Raphael Guillermo Eduardo Maitimo, Ahmad Bustomi, Ferdinand Sinaga, Titus Bonai, Ajisaka (pg), Purwaka Yudhi, Hamka Hamzah and Greg Nwokolo.
In the last match when facing Liverpool in Jakarta's Bung Karno main stadium on Saturday (July 20), the Indonesia XI team under the coach, Jacksen F Tiago, lost 0-2. (*)
