Manpower Agency Regains Unqualified Opinion Status

Jakarta (Antara) - The National Agency for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers Overseas (BNP2TKI) has once again for the fifth time obtained the unqualified opinion status from the State Audit Board (BPK) since 2008.
The BPK gave the unqualified opinion based on its financial report and on the basis of its public accountability and good governance, BNP2TKI Head Jumhur Hidayat said here on Friday.
Jumhur said that his agency received the status appreciation for the fifth time on Thursday, June 27, 2013.
Besides the BNP2TKI, there were also 23 other institutions which won the unqualified opinion awards. They were among others the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR), the House of Representatives (DPR), the Regional Representatives Council (DPD), the Supreme Court (MA), the Constitutional Court (MK) and the Judicial Commission (KY).
Others were the Office of the Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare, the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, the Ministry/State Secretary, the Cabinet Secretariat, the Ministry of Communications and Informatics, the State Administrative Institute, National Library, the National Archive, the National Disaster Mitigation Agency, the State Civil Cervants Agency, the National Nuclear Energy Agency, the Ombudsman and the National Population and Family Planning Agency.
Jumhur said that the BNP2TKI has won the unqualified opinion status for five consecutive years since 2008. (*)
