Jakarta (Antara) - The Attorney General\'s Office is ready to continue investigations into an alleged graft case involving chief of the National Police Education Institute (Lemdikpol) Commr. Gen. Budi Gunawan. \"We must be prepared for it,\" Attorney General HM Prasetyo said at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) building here on Monday. He was responding to queries related to the possibility of the KPK delegating the investigation in the case to the Attorney General\'s Office. Acting KPK chief Taufiequrachman Ruki had hinted last Friday (February 20) that the anti-graft body might delegate the investigation into the case to the National Police or the Attorney General\'s Office. \"As we all know, our mechanism allows delegating and taking over (cases),\" Ruki had noted at the National Police Headquarters here.(*)
