Miss World Finals Set for Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center

Denpasar, Bali (Antara) - The final round of the Miss World 2013 beauty pageant is to be held at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in Badung district on Saturday. "The finals will be staged at BNDCC," chairwoman of Miss Indonesia Organization Liliana Tanoesoedibjo said here on Saturday. The finals are to be broadcast to 160 countries, she said. She also said that following the coronation of Miss World 2013 on Saturday, the winner is scheduled to meet with members of the media at Mangpura Hall at Bali International Convention Center in Nusa Dua. Initially the contest was to be held in Bali, with the final round in Sentul, Bogor, West Java. But following protests from Muslim organizations, the government requested that the entire pageant be hosted in Bali. The contest includes 130 participants from across the world. (*)
