Based on information received by the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat in Jakarta, Jokowi and his entourage took off aboard the Presidential Aircraft Indonesia-1 through the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, at around 8:00 WIB.
Upon arrival at the Iswahjudi Air Force Base, Magetan District, East Java, the head of state is scheduled to head directly to the PGRI 2 Vocational School Ponorogo, Ponorogo District, to review the COVID-19 vaccination program for students.
Furthermore, the head of state will review the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination at the K.H. Syamsuddin Islamic Boarding School, Ponorogo District, specifically for students.
Jokowi will additionally greet the vaccination participants from several places of worship across Indonesia.
In addition to reviewing COVID-19 vaccination activities, President Jokowi is scheduled to conduct a review and inaugurate the Bendo Dam in Bendo Village, Sawoo Sub-District, Ponorogo District.
In the afternoon, the head of state will continue his visit to Blitar City aboard the Indonesian Air Force Super Puma Helicopter.
Upon arrival in Blitar City, Jokowi will head to the location of the Tourism and Trade Information Center (PIPP) to review the COVID-19 vaccination activities for the community.
The president and his entourage will thereafter return to Jakarta aboard Presidential Aircraft Indonesia-1 through the Indonesian Air Force Base Abdulrachman Saleh, Malang District.
Accompanying the president on the flight to East Java Province were National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary TNI Rear Marshal M. Tonny Harjono, Commander of Presidential Security Guards Major General TNI Tri Budi Utomo, and Deputy for Protocol, Press, and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin. (*)
