Jakarta - Police Ins. Gen. Djoko Susilo finally agreed to face his investigators at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) office today over the driving simulator corruption case involving police's traffic corps of which he was formerly the chief. Last week, Djoko rejected KPK's summon saying he wanted to be clear about which law enforcement agency has the right to question him. Djoko was already questioned several times by police investigators but only as a witness. His lawyers said they wanted to hear an opinion from the Supreme Court but their request were turned down by the Court. KPK already named Djoko a suspect in the Rp198 billion corruption case with his former deputy Brig. Gen. Didik Purnomo and two civilians . Police and KPK have been at loggerheads over which of them have the right to investigate the driving simulator case. Police also named the KPK's suspects in their list of suspect but not including Djoko. (*)
