Bandung (Antara) - Losing presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto indicated he would not stop "seeking justice" if the Constitution Court decided to reject his bid to overturn the election result as announced by the Election Commission (KPU). KPU has declared Jakarta governor Joko Widodo president elect as victor of the July 9 presidential election, but Prabowo disputed the decision and brought his case to the Constitutional Court. Prabowo accused KPU of being unfair and committing massive, structured and systematic rigging in favor of Jokowi as the governor is better known. The final decision, therefore, is in the hand of the nine justices of the Constitutional Court, which is to announce its decision on Thursday who is to be the country's president in the next five years. Prabowo said there are still other ways of getting justice over the election dispute including through the State Administrative Court (PTUN) and the Supreme Court (MA). "We still have way through PTUN, we also still have way through MA," he said here on Tuesday at a gathering with leaders of the Red and White coalition that supported him in his presidential bid. He said he hoped that the Constitutional Court justices would carry out their duty fairly and justly. He said there was another way of blocking Jokowi way to the presidential palace through political maneuver at the House of Representatives which the Coalition controls with a strong majority of 63 percent. "Our political force is still very strong," the retired army general said, adding, "we went to the Constitutional Court not because we rejected the result of the presidential election but we want to prove that the election had been rigged."
