Kuala Lumpur (Antara) - A boat carrying 27 people, including 20 Indonesians, capsized off the coast of Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia, on Thursday morning, causing seven of them to go missing, noted the Indonesian Embassy. The embassy in a press release received here on Friday said 20 Indonesians comprising 16 males and four females had been rescued while the rest were still missing. The boat, which had a capacity of carrying ten people, capsized due to overloading. This incident comes to light a day after a ship carrying 97 Indonesian illegal immigrants sank off the Air Hitam river, Selangor, Malaysia. Indonesian Ambassador to Malaysia Herman Prayitno expressed concern over the capsized boat, which was carrying Indonesian workers. "Indonesian workers in Malaysia, who want to return to Indonesia, should not adopt dangerous means," remarked Herman Prayitno. He stressed that Indonesian workers should use legal means, which will soon be inaugurated by the Malaysian government. (*)
