Jakarta (Antara) - The State Administrative Court (PTUN) on Monday annulled a presidential decree on the appointment of Patrialis Akbar as Constitutional Court justices. The court also annulled a decision discharging Maria Farida and Ahmad Sodiki as Constitutional Court justices, Erwin Natas who filed a lawsuit against the decree said. "Both Maria Farida and Ahmad Sodiki remain as Constitutional Court justices as the decision discharging them from the posts is annulled. The appointment of Patrialis as a Constitutional Court justice is legally flawed," he said. In response to the court's verdict, Patrialis said he would appeal against it. "For the sake of the nation I will do it," he said. Patrialis said the verdict would harm the nation and the Constitutional Court. (*)
