Jakarta, (Antara) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to pay a working visit to Malang in East Java Province and Boyolali and Solo in Central Java on May 24-26, 2017.
Jokowi is expected to distribute Smart Indonesian cards to some one thousand students and 10 thousand land certificates in Malang.
The head of state will also attend a ceremony to present a honorary doctorate degree to Ma'aruf Amin at the National Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim in Malang.
In Boyolali, Jokowi will hand out land certificates to the local inhabitants.
The president and his entourage will depart from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, east Jakarta, aboard the Indonesia-1 presidential aircraft, Boeing 737-800.
Members of his entourage include First Lady Iriana, Minister/State Secretary Pratikno, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Puan Maharani, Education and Culture Minister Muhadjir Effendy, Research, Technology, and Higher Education Minister Muhamad Nasir, and Agrarian and Land Spatial Minister Sofyan Djalil.(*)
