Effan Audi Khalif, a grade 12 student in Jakarta Intercultural School, has launched his debut book, “Digital Entrepreneurship: During the Covid-19 Pandemic and New Normal,” which is available in two languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Upon the launch, this book has received praises and testimonies from Bambang Soesatyo, S.E., M.B.A. (Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly), Dr. Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, M.Si. (Minister of Industry RI), Dr. H. Zainudin Amali, M.Sc. (Ministry of Youth and Sports RI), Mukhamad Misbakhun, S.E., M.H. (Member of the Indonesian People's Representative Council Commission XI), and Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si. (Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Diponegoro University).
Since December 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic has unexpectedly rocked the world’s economic sectors on a catastrophic scale. Through his book, Audi is eager to answer several questions.
First, what types of business industries can survive and thrive with digital marketing during the pandemic? Second, what business aspects should entrepreneurs consider when operating their businesses? Are there marketing, health, and legal aspects?
In the pursuit to answer his questions, Audi has interviewed several experts and business owners, including Prof. Dr. H. Muladi, S.H. (Criminal Law Expert), Prof. Firmanzah, S.E., M.M., M.Phil., Ph.D. (Economist and Former Rector of Paramadina University), Moh Nurul Rachman, S.T., M.M. (Representative from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI).
And than Dr. Henny Marlyna, S.H., M.H., ML.I. (Civil Law Lecturer in the University of Indonesia), dr. Yushila Meyrina, M.Si., Sp.G.K. (Clinical Nutrition Specialist), Febriana Feramitha, S.H., M.Kn. (Owner of Zafino, a Culinary and Fashion Business), and Noviarti Adiastuti, S.E. (Owner of Gudeg Pawon Eyang Etty, a Culinary Business) through his podcast on Youtube called “Audi’s Podcast”.
“I praise Effan Audi Khalif for the launch of his debut book, as it symbolizes the work ethic and spirit of the Indonesian youth who are tough and never give up in the face of adversity. It is a clear sign that the pandemic should not be an obstacle for us to keep working and achieve our ambitions,” said Bambang Soesatyo, S.E., M.B.A., the Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly.
On the back cover, there are several written testimonies.

This book was launched by an organization called Aku Kamu Kita Indonesia (AKKI) on Friday, June 30, 2021, through a Zoom webinar.
