Jakarta, Oct 14 (Antara) - An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the  Richter  scale shook  Lebak  in Banten province early Sunday, according to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).

The epicenter of the tremor which struck at 2.33 a.m. local time was located 292 kilometers southwest of Lebak at a depth of 10 kilometers, the agency said on its official website.

The agency called on local residents not to be worried about the earthquake because it had no potential to cause a tsunami. (*)
