Jakarta (Antara) - The National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) has sent a letter to President Joko Widodo in connection with the allegations of the criminalization of anti-graft agency KPK's leadership. "Yesterday, the Komnas HAM leadership sent a letter to the President regarding the allegations," Komnas HAM commissioner Nur Kholis said here on Tuesday. According to him, Komnas HAM has remarked that the state has not taken any concrete step to settle the conflicts between KPK (Corruption Eradication Commission) and police. "Until today, according to Komnas HAM, no concrete action has been taken by the state with regard to the case," he said. Hence, Komnas HAM believes the government needs to be given inputs, he added. "The head of state needs inputs from various sources, including Komnas HAM, to help him settle all the problems," he observed. (*)
