Jakarta (Antara) - The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) on Monday evening reported 10 Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) members to the Indonesian Police Headquarters over unpleasant acts. The unpleasant acts included entry into the office of the party's central executive board without a permit, PKS Secretary General M Taufik Ridho said. Taufik accompanied by PKS lawmakers Muzzammil Yusuf, Indra and Abu Bakar Al Habsyi arrived at the Police Headquarters at around 03.00 p.m. He said the party also reported the 10 KPK members to the police over an attempt to seize cars at the party's office last Monday. But he declined to disclose the names of the 10 KPK members and the articles of law they have violated. "Let's wait, it is our lawyer who will explain the matter," he said. On May 6, KPK investigators attempted to seize a number of cars allegedly linked to a money laundering case involving former party chief Lutfhi Hasan Ishaaq. However, they failed to do so after party security guards obstructed their attempt. As a result, they only sealed the cars. The party's executive board said the attempt to seize cars violated the standing procedure as the KPK investigators could not show a seizure warrant. (*)
