Surabaya, E Java - The economic crises in US and European countries do not have an impact on beverage businesses in the national market, according to Indonesian beverage producers. "The nation's beverage businesses are undeterred by the global economic crisis, because the purchasing power of domestic consumers remains high," PT Tirta Sarana Suksess (Tahesta beverage producer) marketing manager Vera Christianti said here on Monday. She added the company continued innovation of its products in order to step up beverage business at domestic markets. "Moreover, the domestic market opportunity for beverage products is still wide open as a result of extreme and unpredictable weather conditions," Vera noted. She stated PT Tirta Sarana Suksess would introduce a new series of beverages - Tahesta rosela flower vinegar, Tahesta apple vinegar, and Tahesta grape vinegar. Meanwhile, PT Tirta Sarana Sukses Executive Director Ronald Eka Putra said all beverage products of the company were made from natural ingredients. "It is in line with our company's vision and mission to help improve the health of Tahesta product consumers," Ronald explained, adding that Tahesta beverage products contained a lot of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibres.
