Risma Wants to Film Director Born from Surabaya

Surabaya (Antara Jatim) - Surabaya Mayor Tri Rismaharini wants the director of national films will be born among the younger generation that is in City of Heroes.

 

 "Children should not be removed to achieve the goals and objectives. I want a director or designer famous model that was born form Surabaya, not just professionals in the fields of science," said Surabaya Mayor Tri Rismaharini during the inauguration of SMPN 56 in Dukuh Kupang Barat, Surabaya Monday.

 Risma advised headmaster and teachers to continue to monitor and facilitate gifted children not only in science. Moreover, he added, it requested that the teachers do anticipate mix and match between education and employment.

"Hover children according to their interests and talents. I hope head master full support," he said.

According to him, interests and talents of the students should be able to be accommodated by the school. The Mayor also promised, do not turn a blind eye to such interests.

   

Risma explained that the challenge of the present era is different because the students in the current era of high curiosity. Therefore, Risma advised that teachers and principals can give high attention to the students.

  

"Children's curiosity is high, not only good things, but the bad thing was they wanted to know. Therefore, I want the teachers and principals continue to monitor and give attention to our children," said Risma. (*)
