Jakarta (Antara) -- Former president director of state electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Dahlan Iskan is set to undergo questioning over an alleged case of corruption in the construction of 21 electricity substations. "I believe he will honor a summons tomorrow," Head of the Jakarta Public Prosecutor's Office Adi Toegarisman said here on Wednesday. Iskan, who is also a former state enterprises minister, will be questioned as a witness. So far, the public prosecutor's office has named 15 suspects in the alleged case of corruption related to the construction of electricity substations in Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara. The suspects include nine employees of PT PLN who have been held in custody. All the suspects are charged with violating articles 2, 3 adj. article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of Law Number 31/1999 adj. Law Number 20/2001 on corruption eradication adj. article 55 paragraph (1) of the penal code. If they are found guilty, they can be sentenced to a maximum of 20 years in jail.
