Jakarta (Antara) - The National Police will provide recommendations to Home Affairs Ministry about the dissolution of the Islam Defenders Front (FPI), National Police spokesman Inspector General Ronny F Sompie said.
"Police can give recommendations to the Home Affairs Ministry," Inspector General Ronny F Sompie stated here on Monday.
According to him, Home Affairs Ministry have the authority to dissolute the Islam Defenders Front (FPI).
He said that the police will cooperate with Home Affairs Ministry as well as Justice and Human Rights Ministry to solve the FPI.
According to him, the rally at City Hall and Council conducted by the FPI was under investigation by Jakarta Police.
"Let us wait for the investigation results of the case," he said. (*)
