Bandarlampung, Lampung (Antara) - An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale shook Sabang city in Aceh province on Sunday afternoon, according to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). The epicenter of the quake which struck at 01.06 p.m. was in the sea 222 km southwest of Sabang at a depth of 10 km, the agency said. There was no immediate report of casualties or material damage. A magnitude 5.3 quake is considered moderate and capable of causing considerable damage.(*)
