Padang, W Sumatra (Antara) - The West Sumatra capital city of Padang has been appointed to host the 15 year-old football players tournament of Manchester United Premier Cup (MUPC) 2013 which will take place on March 23-24. "In 2013, Padang is again trusted to be one of regions in Indonesia to hold the MUPC tournament, which will be conducted in Cubadak, Indarung, Padang," organizing committee chairman, Yulius Dede said here on Thursday. The 2013 MUPC tournament will involve all teams such as Soccer Schools, the regional PSSI executive boards, including the privately established teams which are located in 19 districts/cities in the province. According to Yulius, the tournament organizing committee will not restrict the number of participants, because each game is only 20 minutes in accordance with MUPC rules. (*)
