Jakarta (Antara) - Indonesia's best men's doubles pair Hendra Setiawan/Muhammad Ahsan failed to win a champion title at the Indonesia Badminton Open Super Series Premier on Sunday beaten by Korean pair Lee Yong Dae/Yoo Yeon Seong. Despite being ranked first Hendra/Ahsan had to admit their opponent's superiority, giving in in a straight set match 15-21, 17-21 to Yong Dae/Yeon Seong in the final round. The defeat made the score of victories in the past six matches between the two to 5-1 for the Korean pair. "We could not play maximally just now. We made a lot of mistakes. They attacked us first and our defense was not good," Hendra said after the match. Due to the weak defense, he said, they could easily conduct pressures and win points. He said they also played consistently during the match and had strong defense. Hendra and Ahsan were pressured from the beginning as Lee Yong Dae/Yoo Yeon Seon who played very aggressively and led in point collection to finally win the match 21-15. With full support from spectators Hendra and Ahsan tried to rise in the second set but their efforts failed and had to lose in a straight set 21-17 and failed to present a title for the country.
